Homelessness & poverty
Aurora Hsueh Experiencing homelessness means not having stable and adequate housing. Homelessness is stigmatized and often addressed with criminalization and aggressive policies that violate, rather than protect, the rights of people involved. Many people are affected by homelessness, however it affects people that are forgotten and dismissed by society. These groups include veterans, POC, immigrants and LGBT.
